TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We provide independent technical oversight across design development, delivery, commissioning, and handover, supporting projects where coordination, accountability, and informed judgement are critical. Acting as the client’s technical representative where required, our role is to help ensure design intent is carried through to what is delivered on site.
Our involvement typically includes reviewing designs and specifications, managing technical queries, supporting statutory and third-party approvals, and working closely with project teams to resolve issues as they arise. The emphasis is on managing risk, avoiding rework, and protecting system performance through to completion and handover.

We deliver targeted mechanical and electrical design services where considered engineering input adds the most value. This often includes early stage concept development, technically constrained refurbishments, and problem solving on complex or live sites.
Design work is developed with a clear understanding of how buildings are constructed, commissioned, and operated. The emphasis is on producing robust, coordinated solutions that are practical to deliver and appropriate for their intended use, rather than over designed or theoretical outcomes.

ASSET MANAGEMENT
We work with clients to develop a clear understanding of their existing mechanical and electrical assets and how those assets are performing in use. Our role is to provide practical technical insight to support maintenance planning, capital investment, and longer-term asset strategies.
This includes condition and performance assessments, lifecycle and obsolescence reviews, and technical input to inform refurbishment, upgrade, and decarbonisation programmes. The focus is on helping clients make measured decisions about existing systems, balancing cost, performance, operational continuity, and future requirements.
